If the wrong product, size, or color has been delivered

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns, unless damaged or incorrect

Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the exchange is due to our error
